Well, it happened... I sort of forgot about my deviantART. I had a drawing kick a while back, but that ended as soon as it began. If only dA could link to dMusic, I would post some little things I've been working on, but oh to hell with excuses! I have a great deal of inspiration that will finally see fruition over the coming academic year. Rather than divide my time between a thousand little blips of ideas, I'm going to focus in on a fewer number of tasks that can each be approached with adequate time and effort. Also, collaborative efforts only slow me down, because sometimes the other end of things cannot be trusted... But for now, I'm off to the football fields of the US of A for a unique opportunity to be awesome. Drum and Bugle Corps! I'm a member of the Spirit Drum and Bugle Corps, a unit based on family and proud to whistle 'Dixie' on the way to the battle. Oh yes, DCI will be good this season. We have an epic show in the works and I encourage everyone to check out
[link] and dci.org to learn more. But anyway, once I return in the fall (and get a grip on my academic and musical responsibilities) I'm starting in on two major projects that could effectively take me all year; they'll be quite worth it.
Till then, I wish everyone on dA the best summer of their lives. See you in August!

How're you doing?
On a totally unrelated note, I can't WAIT for Google Wave to come out. It's like, a freeform conversation and document editor that's online... I can't even explain it. There's videos of it if you Google it. (haha Googling Google Wave.)
Done rambling now. Love you.

I'm going back after class, which is being taught today with a cute indie looking boy who looks like he could be the brother of the regular teacher, who is also fairly cute, in an indie boy type of way.
Actually, the guest teacher has glasses that look kind of like a pair that you had (have? had.) They're thin, rectangular, black-rimmed. Emo/indie whatever.
And his hair looks like what you would do with yours if it were shorter. So I've determined that you should be teaching my social psych class right now. Not to mention that typing this message totally makes it look like I'm taking notes.

Alice came to a fork in the road.
"Which road do I take?" she asked.
"Where do you want to go?" responded the Cheshire cat.
"I don't know," Alice answered.
"Then," said the cat, "it doesn't matter."
~Lewis Carroll, Alice in Wonderland
